Understanding the Secrets of Finnish Education: Training Future Teachers
The hybrid training program provides hands-on experience and insight into the Finnish education system, which has been highly ranked in the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA).
The training program includes the following components:

Module 1
Introduction to Finnish Pedagogy
This course explores Finnish education, covering curriculum, assessment, and inclusive teaching methods like co-teaching. It examines the Finnish National Curriculum's focus on well-being and student agency within a highly inclusive system. Participants gain theoretical knowledge and engage in practical activities to reflect on their learning, with a focus on values, 21st-century skills, and evaluation.

Innovative Learning Environments
This module explores modern learning environments, focusing on the connection between learning objectives, pedagogy, and physical space. Participants will learn to design spaces that foster 21st-century skills, active learning, and collaboration, aligning with the Finnish National Curriculum's emphasis on diverse and flexible learning environments.

Special Education
This module explores inclusive education in Finland, emphasizing student agency and ownership of learning. It covers special education, support systems, and inclusive classroom practices. Finland's goal is to provide equal opportunities for all students, regardless of challenges, by fostering agency and offering individualized support within mainstream education.

Principles and Practices in Early Childhood Education: An Introduction
This module explores early childhood education, covering core concepts and pedagogical approaches that promote holistic learning and well-being. Through online lectures and hands-on workshops, participants will learn to plan, teach, and evaluate, while observing child development and understanding the impact of pedagogical choices.

Pedagogical Solutions
This module delves into key aspects of Finnish education, including student well-being, agency, and co-teaching approaches that foster phenomenal learning. It explores strategies for developing a positive school culture, utilizing strengths to enhance learning experiences, and engaging stakeholders in the school community.
